Centre for Sikh and Panjabi Studies at the University of Wolverhampton – A Celebration of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 550th Birth Anniversary 28.03.2019

Art Sikh curated a pop-up art exhibition for the evening event hosted by Centre for Sikh and Panjabi Studies at the University of Wolverhampton “A Celebration of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 550th Birth Anniversary: His message in the Twenty-First Century”. The exhibition consisted of a variety of artworks created by professional artists from the UK and worldwide on Sikh theology. The evening hosted a variety of talks and speeches by Professor Geoff Layer; Vice-Chancellor, University of Wolverhampton, Mr Charanjit Singh; Deputy High Commissioner of India to the UK, Dr Aman Puri; Consulate General of India in Birmingham and Dr Opinderjit Kaur Takhar; Centre for Sikh and Panjabi Studies.
